Who are you?
We are Nada Galijota Udruga Za Promicanje Umjetnosti I Kulture (in English, Nada Galijota Association for the Promotion of Art and Culture), a non-profit association based in Rijeka, Croatia, working to make art and culture accessible to everyone.
Are you a registered non-profit?
Yes. We are an association (udruga) under the Croatian Associations Act (Zakon o udrugama), entered in the Register of Associations of the Republic of Croatia. We are non-profit, non-governmental and non-political, and we do not distribute profits to anyone.
What is your OIB?
Our OIB (Croatian Personal Identification Number) is 49651045530.
Where are you located?
Our registered address is Dražička ul. 4, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. Our activities take place in venues across Rijeka and the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County.
How can I volunteer?
Fill in the application form on our Volunteer page. We will contact you to talk about the roles that suit your interests and availability.
How can I donate?
You can make a one-time or monthly donation by bank transfer. All details are on our Donate page. If you have questions, write to tania@adblum.com.
Are donations tax-deductible?
This depends on Croatian tax law and on the donor's status (for example, whether you are a company or an individual). We cannot give tax advice; please contact us and consult your tax adviser, and we will gladly provide a written confirmation of your donation.
How are funds used?
All income is used exclusively for our mission. As an illustrative allocation, we aim for around 80% to go to programmes, 12% to operations and 8% to fundraising and development. Actual figures are published in our annual financial reports.
Who can join workshops?
Everyone. Our workshops are designed for children, young people, adults and seniors, with no previous experience needed. Groups for minors follow our safeguarding policy.
Are programs free?
Many of our activities are free. Others have a small participation fee to cover materials, and reduced or free places are always available on request.
How can schools or institutions partner with you?
Visit our Partner With Us page or write to us directly. We work with schools, museums, libraries, municipalities, businesses and international organisations.
