Cultural Heritage & Local Identity
Documenting local traditions, oral history of Rijeka, preservation of crafts, heritage walks and work with museums and archives.
Overview
Heritage is not only stone and archives; it is the recipes, songs, crafts and stories that people carry with them. Many of these are fragile and disappear quietly when nobody writes them down.
Our heritage projects document and share the living memory of Rijeka and the Kvarner region, working with elders, craftspeople, museums and archives.
