Legal framework

Nada Galijota Udruga Za Promicanje Umjetnosti I Kulture (OIB 49651045530) is an association (udruga) established and operating in accordance with the Croatian Associations Act (Zakon o udrugama) and entered in the Register of Associations of the Republic of Croatia (Registar udruga Republike Hrvatske). Our work is governed by our Statute, which defines our goals, activities, bodies and the rights and duties of members.

Governing bodies

• General Assembly – the highest body of the association, made up of all members. It adopts the Statute, programme plans, financial plans and annual reports, and elects other bodies.
• Board / Management – manages the association between sessions of the General Assembly and implements its decisions.
• Authorized Representative – represents the association in legal matters and before public authorities, as recorded in the Register of Associations.
• Supervisory function – oversight of the association's work and finances is carried out as provided by the Statute.

Conflict of interest

Members of our governing bodies, staff and volunteers must declare any personal or financial interest that could influence their decisions. A person with a conflict of interest does not take part in the related decision, and declarations are recorded.

Financial accountability

We keep accounts in accordance with Croatian regulations on non-profit accounting. Annual financial statements are prepared and submitted as required by Croatian law and are published in the Reports section of this page. We do not distribute profits to members, founders or board members.

Anti-fraud and anti-corruption

We have zero tolerance for fraud, bribery and corruption. Funds are used only for approved purposes, payments require appropriate authorisation, and anyone may report concerns confidentially to tania@adblum.com. Every report is examined and, where necessary, reported to the competent authorities.

Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Croatian law. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults

Everyone working with children or vulnerable adults in our programmes follows our safeguarding policy: appropriate supervision, at least two adults present wherever possible, parental consent for minors, careful use of photographs, and a clear procedure for reporting concerns.
